Return and Exchange Policies
Oak73 is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Oak73 within 30 days - in the condition you received it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and with a valid invoice.
Please return items with our pre-addressed USPS Merchandise Return Service Label which we include on our website with your account and order info. When you use the USPS Merchandise Return Service Label, no postage is required and no waiting in line! Simply drop your package in any USPS postal mailbox or hand it off to your USPS postal carrier. We will automatically deduct the cost of return shipping of $9.95 from your refund or credit. Unfortunately we are unable to offer USPS Merchandise Return Service Label returns for packages shipped to Puerto Rico.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item. Simply return your original order as above but also email email@example.com, and specify your order number, the item(s) returned and the new size(s) you require.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product or style, we suggest that you return your original order for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Once we receive the original item(s) back in their proper condition we will promptly ship out the exchange (based on availability). If the item(s) are not available the exchange will be treated as a return and we will issue you a refund in accordance with the terms above.

• Returns and Exchanges are handled by using a USPS Merchandise Return Service Label.
• The cost of a USPS Merchandise Return Service Label for returns is $9.95, which ensures you are not liable if the order is lost and allows Oak73 visibility on tracking the return order until it arrives in the OAK73 Return Center. When doing an exchange there is no cost to use the USPS Merchandise Return Service Label.
• Want to return or exchange an item? Go to “My Orders” and click “Return/Exchange” next to the relevant order.
• Shipping and handling fees from your original order are not refundable for standard returns. If any items arrived damaged or you experienced an error with your order; please contact a customer service representative at email@example.com who will be happy to assist you.

Hawaii residents mailing returns using the USPS Merchandise Return Service Label should expect additional processing time of four to six weeks.
